I lost a pound!!! I think it's because I have really stepped up my workouts since this whole Couch to 5k thing. I'm really starting to feel and see muscles that I didn't even know existed. I am changing my weigh-in day to Friday because the pressure of messing up on the weekend is just oo much for me. I need time to adjust and not feel so pressured over the weekend for a weigh-in on Tuesday. Let's see how it goes and see if I need to switch it back.
The popcorn at work was not the healthy kind. They have their own popcorn mahcine (like the old ones at the theater) and they don't skimp on the salt. I do have my own 94% fat free mini bag popcorn for snacks and it is pretty good. One of my teachers said it wa slike cardboard because there wasn't enough butter, but I like it.
Thanks again to everyone for the other day. It really means a lot. Some of you I have known for only a short while and some of you I grew up with. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Confession: I weighed in like 5 times until I found a weight I liked!! LOL. They all showed a loss, but this one was my favorite=)
Cheer: I finished Week 2 Day 1 of the Couch to 5k program. I wanted to quit halfway through, but I loved it!

ReplyDeleteCongrats!! When are you doing your 5k race? I just finished Week 2 Day 3 of my 5k training program. My 5k is scheduled for March 27th. It's nice to have someone else doing it with me lol... even if it's cyber!
