Here is just a quick post. I slept in by like 17 minutes, so I thought I wasn't going to work out this morning.
My nose is all backed up and I have a major headache.
But...I feel better, so now I am going to use the last half of my workout doing a workout video.
So, now I must leave you.

You are super committed! I am proud of you for feeling guilty about sleeping in 17 minutes! You are such a strong person. I have a hard time keeping to my lists and rules always feel like I am failing. Sleeping and waking are my biggest problems and I can't seem to follow my own rules. Its so hard! So props to you for staying motivated and keeping yourself in check!
