Thanks to the Princess, I have made my blog a little more like me. And it was all free!! I wanted to do this to my page for awhile, but didn't know how, so I just clicked on her blog and it took me to a free blog design website! It was so easy and quick. So, thanks Princess!
Back to my lifestyle change. I have decided to do something called Couch to 5K. It says that if you follow this workout schedule on your treadmill and do it 3 times a week, you can go from sitting on the couch to running a 5K in 9 weeks. My favorite Uncle met his future wife at a running club and they have been running local marathons for a few years now. I told him that I want to do his next "little" race (if there ever is something little when it comes to running), and it just so happens to be aorund Easter time. My old church that I grew up going to has a run around Easter, so that is the one I am going to try and do! I will keep you posted. I start on Monday.
As far as food goes, I have not been the best. We had McDonalds last night because I was so tired from wor. Some of my kids have decided that fighting should be on a regular basis, and my kids are dropping like flies. So, needless to say, I am stressed.
I also didn't get any sleep last night. The baby and 4 year old were up and down all night. I do plan on doing the treadmill today, but for right now, I just want to go back to bed!
