SO, I know it is not weigh in day yet, that is on Tuesday...but I weighed in today to just see what was going on since I started working out every morning....and I have lost 1.2 pounds so far this week! My goal is to lsoe around 2 pounds a week. As close as I can get.
I am very proud of myself for sticking to my workout plan this week. It makes me feel like I am doing something for me. Not for my kids and not for my husband, for me. It feels good!
This new website I found on one of the blogs I follow was livestrong.com. I think it is awesome! They have something called "My Plate" and you type in what you ate and it keeps your calorie counter for you! It also tracks how much fiber, sugar, fat , and sodium you take in too! You can also put in your activity and it tells you about how many calories you burned. The thing I love about it is that there are also groups and blogs that you can read and join. Everyone has been so nice to me since I have joined. Go check it out!!
Confession: I had tootsie rolls for a snack yesterday and two of the cheap peanut butter cookies. I did count them in my calories for yesterday though. It's not really cheating is it, if you count it?
