Alright, onto the Couch to 5K. I did Day 2 yesterday. For those of you who don't know what I am talking about here is the link. It is a program where in just 9 weeks you will be able to run a 5k. All yo have to do is follow the program. I am doing it on a treadmill, but eventually when it warms up, I will be outside. Last night was hard, but not as hard as the first day. One of my fellow bloggers and old classmates Sara said that they have free podcasts. I am going to try and download them today and see what they are all about! Here is a picture of me about to go work out. My rolls in that shirt are nasty!! LOL. My favorite color is lime green, so I figured if I like my workout clothes, I will wear them!! And yes, that is art from my 4 year old behind me, and yes that is my 4 year old in the picture=)
