Well, should I be honest and say that I gained my weight back, or should I just post a lie and say everything is going great!

Yes, it is sad, but I gained three pounds in one weekend. I admit that I knew my eating was horrible this weekend, but I didn't think it was that bad. When I weighed in on Friday, I had lost some weight. Now it is Tuesday and I feel like a big fat cow. It took me a ton of work to lose those 3 pounds and it took nothing to gain it all back.
I just wanted to roll over and go back to bed, but instead, I turned on my workout video and did it without any enthusiasm. Yuck.
Hopefully I can stay on track this week and get my water and workouts in like I need to.
Man do I feel crappy!!
Confession: I ate sunflower seeds again.
Cheer: I got my big butt out of bed this morning to work out even though I wanted to hit the snooze button.

Ug....I know the feeling. Been there many times. Glad you found the motivation to get back on track. It's a new day! Good luck!
