BUt y...Laura, at least you realize whats going on. BUt you are working out more, so forget about the scale. Only weigh like once a month.... if you lose 15 inches and only 1 pound, id take the 15 inches anyday. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, and our bodies are getting different as we get older(isnt that a scarry sentence) so if you meausre yourself and lose another 1.5 inches, but lost no wiehgt, then thats still a "cheer". at least in my opinion.
